Artictern is designed to inspire exploration—not to replace your judgment. While we strive to provide useful recommendations and planning tools, every traveler is ultimately responsible for making informed travel decisions.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

"Artictern" means a travel planning platform, including its website, mobile applications, software, recommendation engine, services, and related technologies operated by Click Orbits Pte. Ltd.

"Platform" refers to all products, applications, websites, tools, content, APIs, and services provided by Artictern.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or organization accessing or using the Platform.

"Content" includes itineraries, travel plans, reviews, comments, photographs, videos, travel journals, guides, destination information, text, graphics, and any other material available on or submitted through the Platform.

"User Content" means any content that you upload, create, publish, submit, or share using the Platform.

"Recommendation Engine"means Artictern's proprietary technology that analyzes travel preferences, destinations, interests, budgets, trip duration, seasonal information, and other relevant factors to generate personalized travel recommendations and itineraries.

3. Eligibility

You may use Artictern only if:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required to use online services in your country of residence.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using Artictern on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising the use of Artictern by minors.

4. About Artictern

Artictern is an intelligent travel companion that helps users:

• Discover destinations
• Create personalized travel itineraries
• Organize trips
• Explore travel experiences
• Save and manage travel memories
• Access travel inspiration and destination insights

Our recommendations are generated using a combination of our proprietary recommendation engine, intelligent automation, user preferences, and other relevant travel data.

5. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Artictern, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You agree to our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform.
• You accept responsibility for your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue using Artictern immediately.

9. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use a strong and secure password.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not those activities were authorized by you.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, impersonate another individual or organization, or violate these Terms.

10. Your Responsibilities

Artictern is designed to assist you in planning your travel, but the decisions you make remain your own.

By using the Platform, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Verifying travel information before relying on it.
• Confirming transportation schedules.
• Confirming accommodation availability.
• Reviewing local laws and customs.
• Ensuring that you possess valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents.
• Reviewing health requirements and vaccination guidance where applicable.
• Monitoring weather conditions and local advisories.
• Purchasing travel insurance if appropriate.
• Exercising reasonable judgment during your travels.

Travel conditions can change unexpectedly due to weather, government regulations, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You should independently verify all information before making travel decisions.

11. Acceptable Use

We want Artictern to remain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy platform for everyone.

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, servers, databases, or networks.
• Circumvent or interfere with security features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to collect data from the Platform without our written permission.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization.
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
• Use the Platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Use Artictern in any way that could damage our reputation or negatively affect other users.

12. Community Standards

If Artictern allows users to publish reviews, comments, travel stories, photographs, videos, or other content, you agree to contribute responsibly.

You must not post content that:

• Is unlawful or fraudulent.
• Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Contains sexually explicit material intended to exploit or harm others.
• Violates another person's privacy.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains misleading or deceptive information.
• Includes malware, phishing links, or other harmful content.
• Is primarily promotional or commercial without our authorization.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards without prior notice.

Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

13. User Content

You retain ownership of the itineraries, travel journals, photographs, reviews, comments, memories, and other content that you create and upload to Artictern.

By submitting User Content, you grant Click Orbits Pte. Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Host your content.
• Store your content.
• Display your content.
• Reproduce your content.
• Adapt your content where technically necessary.
• Distribute your content through the Platform.
• Promote your content in connection with Artictern.

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own your User Content or have the legal right to publish it.
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• You accept responsibility for everything you publish.

14. Content Moderation

To maintain a positive community, we may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content that we reasonably believe:

• Violates these Terms.
• Violates applicable laws.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Is harmful to users or the Platform.
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Creates security or operational risks.

We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but reserve the right to do so when necessary.

15. Reporting Content

If you believe that any content on Artictern:

• Violates these Terms,
• Infringes your intellectual property,
• Is fraudulent,
• Is unsafe,
• Or otherwise violates applicable laws,
